It’s been rainy and blustery all day so I made chili earlier this afternoon then let it simmer. Just finished my second bowl. yum!

Ours is pretty boring but we are trying to eat healthy so it will be skinless boneless chicken breasts grilled on the George Foreman grill with potatoes, and mixed veges on the side.

I have been craving spaghetti with meat sauce but I am allergic to wheat. Could someone eat some for me please?? LOL

I had chicken breast, brown rice, and fresh peas smothered in homemade salsa. I eat it every night for dinner for the past month now. The weight is coming off but I would kill for some spaghetti right about now!
