@rcac1208:  We’re making homemade pizza with eggplant, roasted red peppers and mozzarella. Yum! 🙂 I can post a pic tomorrow, haha!

Hmm either left over black bean and corn burrito filling with fresh tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro or baingan barta (eggplant curry). It depends on wheter Fiance will need leftovers for work tomorrow.

Tonight – leftover pasta with green beans in a butter-parm sauce. Maybe some Italian sausage to go with it, and red wine. And salad.

Tomorrow! (belated Cinco de Mayo party) – homemade cheese enchiladas (super easy) with salsa, refried beans, and margaritas.

IDK – probably chicken fried rice?  I get it frozen from Trader Joe’s, but the veggie kind, and then add my own chicken breast in (which…we also buy precooked from TJ’s… I just hate thigh meat).  I’ll probably add green beans (also frozen from TJ’s…)

I used to make homemade meals all the time, and I still bake from scratch… I just have no time anymore, since I’m taking a few classes, and I have LSAT prep courses!!!  At least it’s not McDonalds!!

Some friends are coming over so we’re having a homemade pizza on naan along with Roasted red pepper soup with tons of beans, a half a can of this tomatoless salsa from Trader Joe’s and a bunch of veggies!

Home-made pizza with brussels sprouts, mushrooms, and bacon, I think. Or latkes with some veggies on the side.

I’ve been so dizzy the last two days that I cannot bear the idea of grocery shopping after work for next week.  And we have like nothing in our freezer to make right now that I want.  So takeout it is.. meh!

Home made chicken lettuce wraps. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.
