@hopefloats: We’re having a lentil soup, greek salad and oven-roasted cauliflower.

Your honey mustard vinagrette sounds amazing!

I am marinating chicken breast (chilli lime) and grilling it!  Will serve with garlic sweet potatoes and salad.

@QueenOfSerendip:  Can I have your lentil soup recipe? I have a bag of red lentils that I’d like to cook and I don’t know how?!

I’m thinking turkey burgers on sourdough buns with homegrown salad.  I mix sweet peppers, onions, and garlic into turkey to make DE-licious burgers and my lettuce is growing gangbusters.

@QueenOfSerendip:  Awesome! Thank you. Yes, Alton Brown has some good recipes, I love his split pea burgers but they take like two hours to make… ain’t nobody got time for that.

Apparently grains of paradise is a type of pepper that’s also called “alligator pepper”. Who knew!

@QueenOfSerendip:  grains of paradise is a substitute for ground pepper.  Not sure what makes it different, though.

I’m still un-earthing my kitchen from our move this past weekend.  I think we’ll end up with frozen pizza, LOL!
