We’re having soup, too. I’m making a homemade tomato soup with mini meatballs. It’s cold here, and I want warm in my belly. http://www.marksdailyapple.com/tomato-soup-with-spicy-mini-meatballs/#axzz31tISqIBu

No Clue- It’s pretty much a play it by ear night by night

BUT–

I have a couple of boneless skinless Chicken breasts in the freezer- I most likely will do something with those. I’m leaning towards Chicken Quesadillas because that’s something I can get my daughter to eat with no fuss.

Also-DH has been asking me to to hurry up and make some christmas fudge, so I have to still find some to time to make that as well

Probably grilled chicken over a big salad with balsamic vinagrette, plus some broiled balsamic-garlic asparagus with baba ghanoush. Mmm, baba ghanoush with asparagus is awesome. But I’ll probably be lazy and just do the salad. I was already lazy and bought some pregrilled chicken yesterday for the salads. 🙂

MrsGlover: I love her site! I make her sloppy joes sometimes when we have poker games. They were a big hit when I made them for a friend’s family while he was in the hospital. Great for just reheating one serving.
