why did I open this thread when I haven’t eaten in hours?!
Tonight it’s my turn to cook so I’m making souvlaki chicken wraps – heavy on the garlic, wholemeal wraps and tzatziki plus salad. I forgot to get feta, which is a bummer.

Last night was lamb kofta salad with yoghurt dressing.
Tonight slow cooked spaghetti bolganese
Tomorrow we have beef goulash, mash and steamed veg.
I do a 3 week list of dinners so I know what I’ve got and use it up and know what I need to buy.
Leftovers feature a lot towards the end of the week.

Last night was an Indian paneer curry with rice, tonight I’m making a vegetarian bean chilli, we’re not vegetarians, but I’m trying to reduce the amount of meat we eat because it’s cheaper and we end up eating more veggies if we don’t include meat, so it’s healthier.

We had chicken and vegetable curry over rice Wednesday, beef fried rice yesterday, taco casserole with a cornbread topping tonight, and we will have lasagna tomorrow night.

Last night I made shrimp pizza and we had a southwest inspired Caesar salad on the side. For the pizza I just take a crust, drizzle with melted butter, add cooked shrimp (that I seasoned with a lemon flavor), add pico de gallo, and shredded manchego and havarti then baked. Yum!

Hi Souzie. I remember you ordered the queso flavor ice cream and now here it is. So how do you like the flavor? I have not been to Seafood City Supermarket yet to pickup pandan ice cream. Actually, I haven’t been there since early March. I think I’m getting low on Filipino groceries now so we should be going soon.
You should also checkout coffeefiend’s thread about her wedding shoes. It’s your area of expertise…Louboutins!
Anyway, for dinner tonight, I might have just something simple- roasted chicken sandwich with avocado on multi-grain bread.

It’s different and does taste lile a frozen stick of butter. I’m not sure if I love it so I can’t really explain why I can’t stop eating it LOL…I’ll be buying it again!! And Louboutins eh? Is that what I’m known for round these parts?
