Wow, it’s pretty early to think about dinner for me (it’s 6:45 am!), but I’m thinking some Indian food.  YUMMY!  ๐Ÿ™‚

Ooh, goulash! I think I’m going to have a huge salad with some leftover BBQ meats from Sunday.

What’s for dinner?! It’s not even 10am! LOL! I’m the worst thought out person when it comes to making dinner,  I never decide until about 5:00. I might make this pesto and chicken pasta though, I saw it in a cookbook last night and it looks yummy, plus I have chicken already done… And Fiance won’t be home, so I can go crazy with carbs and not feel too guilty ๐Ÿ˜‰

@brittanymichelle: I love goulash! I have some hungarian peppers almost ready to be picked in my garden, so I think I’ll be making some goulash this week too. Mmmmmm!

@brittanymichelle – You are more than welcome to.  It is girls night.  Fiance is in New York until September, so my sister is coming over.  I’m also making balsalmic marinated grilled asparagus salad.  ๐Ÿ˜‰

@brittanymichelle: Elbow pasta?! What the heck kind of goulash are you makin?! LOL! My goulash is my grandmother’s recipe, I think it’s more like a hungarian goulash. Chicken, veg, home made noodles (egg, flour, salt, pretty basic, broken into chunks about the size of the top of your thumb), lots of paprika. Mmmmmmmmm I totally need to make this one night….
