Grilled Chicken and quinoa with roasted mushrooms.  Just the quinoa for me.  I might make some carrots, too.

@elaineathon: Awwwww!! Happy birthday! My SO very, very rarely gets me flowers so I know how exciting that is!!

It’s pre-frozen… I usually go to Whole Foods for fish because you can get it fresh, but I was already at Trader Joe’s and it looked pretty good πŸ™‚

All of your meals sound so good, you’re making me hungry!

I think tonight we’ll have steak, asparagus, and corn on the cob.  Those tomato sandwiches sound heavenly and so tempting!

Aw, early happy birthday! I looooove flowers. Someone besides me should mention that to my FI! πŸ˜‰ There were flowers at work today, and I, too, thought about them in terms of centerpieces! You’re not alone!

I had a bowl of oatmeal with frozen blueberries in it. Since I officially can’t breathe in the bridesmaid dress I have to wear in 3 weeks (and I may have popped the hook & eye… but it zips! I swear!), I am seriously dieting. I am eating a lot of healthy snacks throughout the day, though. Fiance had thin steaks on the grill with spice rub and tater tots. I ate one tater tot and one bite of steak because, seriously, how can I pass that up, no matter how hardcore I am dieting? ONE can’t be that bad, right?

Felt like comfort food tonight after a crappy day, so I made homemade lasagna, casear salad and garlic bread. Not overly originaly, but totally delicious, and tons of leftovers to have for lunch for the rest of the week!
