I’ve been too lazy to make a ‘real’ meal lately.   Today, its just a buffalo chicken wrap.  Took about 5 minutes to prep and cook!  πŸ™‚

I’m having what my mom used to call “picky dinner” when I was growing up, becaues you just pick at it with your fingers. Carrots and celery with hummus, plus some applie slices and cheddar. Too lazy to cook.

Slow-cooker roast, with potatoes, onions, carrots & parsnips, with corn on the cob, and dinner rolls.  I’m feeding 4 hungry guys who have been in the garage all day in 40 degree heat!  I’m scared it’s not enough!

@babybluz: That sounds delicious!! Four hungry guys can eat A LOT, haha. Is it really 40 degrees there or is that a typo?

@brideatbeach: ooh noo.. that stinks!  I recently moved to the boonies here in MA too.  It’s taken me a bit to get used to everything being 20-30 minutes away instead of a quick 5-10 minutes, but 2 hours!   πŸ™
