We are skipping the corned beef and cabbage this year for our diets.  πŸ™  But we are having delicious vegetarian black bean chili tonight, so it almost makes up for it.

I’m not hungry right now so it’s a little tough for me to think about dinner.

I’ll tell you what was for lunch though! Chicken strips and tator tots LOL!

(I know, really nutritious)

We eat tuna every night! πŸ˜‰ I am tuna obsessed.  Mmm, mercury on a plate.  Delish!

Fi would love if I cooked some corned beef and cabbage–but I have no clue how to, and I hate cabbage!  SOL, I guess.

My Darling Husband is in China for work so it’s “graze all night on random bits from the fridge” for dinner tonight!

Spaghetti! Gotta love leftovers.

@B_Tamara: That sounds awesome.  I don’t think we can get Kangaroo meat in the states.

Corned beef and cabbage…with potatoes and carrots.  And yes, ours is in the crockpot too.   I think the meat turns out a bit more tender in the crockpot (actually, it’s just about idiot-proof, which is why I do it that way).

This thread reminded me that I didn’t take anything out to cook.  Looks like fast food for our house tonight!

Climbing gym tonight, so dinner isn’t until around 10pm.  Thanks to St. Patty’s day, I’ll be on a liquid diet tonight.  πŸ™‚
