We arent doing much for the 4th, so itll be low key. I have a large turkey breast we will grill and serve with some leftover cilantro & avocado creme.  Also some leftover heirloom tomato and mozzerella and fresh basil as well as some leftover roasted eggplant and two kinds of squash tossed in a balsamic dressing. I guess its a clean the fridge out kind of night!

I’m making crock pot pulled pork and my BFF is making cole slaw, fruit salad and a veggie tray for our 4th festivities.

Miso-glazed salmon filets, roasted broccoli and corn on the cob. Probably some local raspberries for dessert!

@bakerella:  Right?  My clean out the fridge would be something alone the lines of “Greek yogurt.  Pineapple.  Deli Turkey”

@Natalieh86:  hehe thanks! I like to cook and often cook in large quantities so we can eat the leftovers for lunch.

We’re having red-skinned potato salad and watermelon, and Darling Husband is making Frank’s Hot Sauce Chicken Wings.

Pork tenderloin, steamed broccoli and rice. Last minute, unplanned, whatever is in the fridge that won’t make my booty huge (trying to get toned for our wedding and with less than 2 months left, it’s starting to become serious business).

I’m smoking a couple of pieces of salmon on the grill. Will probably have a salad with some lovely avocado on the side 🙂
