I’m either having leftovers or grilling burgers. Depends on what hubby wants tonight. I’ll have a salad with it either way.

Either leftovers from yesterday or chicken breast w/ white wine and herbs. It’s been on my mind all day, but we’ll see how lazy I am when I get home!!

Everyone’s dinners sound yummy.  I’ll be having leftover whole wheat penne with meat sauce…the fridge is getting pretty bare, lol.

@prisigtr:  Haha pasta with plain ol’ tomato sauce is always my go-to when the fridge is empty. No matter how bare my cupboards are I always manage to find some ziti and sauce in there somewhere!

My recipe is so easy it’s dumb…

Cut acorn squash in half

Heat oven to 400

Dab safflower oil, pepper, salt on halved squash

Bake 45/50 mins…

Sautee 1/2 onion in large pot in safflower oil.

Scrape out acorn yumminess into pot with premade or store bought veg stock, add bragg’s 24 herbs and spices.

Transfer to food processor & puree!

Return to heat.

Toast bread, cut into fun shapes to appear fancy. Viola, dinner while watching tv.
