Tonight’s dinner is bbq chicken which is already in the crockpot, rosemary red potatoes, and broccoli. Yum!

Either leftovers from yesterday or chicken breast w/ white wine and herbs. It’s been on my mind all day, but we’ll see how lazy I am when I get home!!

Everyone’s dinners sound yummy. I’ll be having leftover whole wheat penne with meat sauce…the fridge is getting pretty bare, lol.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 8 hours
Total Time: 8 hours, 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 8 bacon slices
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (10 oz) cans roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup flour
Basically wrap the bacon around the chicken breast, set in the crockpot.
Mix together th soup, sour cream, and flour.
Pour mix over chicken, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

My recipe is so easy it’s dumb…
Cut acorn squash in half
Heat oven to 400
Dab safflower oil, pepper, salt on halved squash
Bake 45/50 mins…
Sautee 1/2 onion in large pot in safflower oil.
Scrape out acorn yumminess into pot with premade or store bought veg stock, add bragg’s 24 herbs and spices.
Transfer to food processor & puree!
Return to heat.
Toast bread, cut into fun shapes to appear fancy. Viola, dinner while watching tv.
