Steak! I like to use a marinade of soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic. Delicious! My parents’ garden is also overflowing, so I’ll probably serve with grilled squash and zucchini, fresh tomatoes, and a baked potato.

a little dish my friend calls Bean Dish… It’s spaghetti with ground beef with onions and garlic, ranch style beans (with jalapenos) and rotel mixed with a little ketchup and brown sugar… It doesn’t sound like it would be amazing, but it is.  Top it with a little shredded cheese… SO good.  I’ve had two bowls already today (it was supposed to be for dinner… it’s 3:30).

Steaks on the BBQ (aka Grill in the USA) with Montreal Steak Spice… and served up with Caesar Salad.  Good but not terribly creative

Grilled halibut, zucchini gratin, and salad. MrMojito will grill the fish, and I’ll make the sides.
