I think I’m going to have some kind of chicken salad.  We made a chili lime chicken salad over the weekend that was very good.  Possibly buffalo chicken tonight?

We are grilling-chicken, veggies, potatoes. It is in the 70’s here in WI ,which is a record high. Usually we are still buried in snow-so we are definately taking advantage of it.

@mamadingdong:  HA! we’re actually having steak tonight! It’s the only night that Fiance gets home early enough to cook dinner, so he picks whatevers for dinner tonight… now I’m starting to wonder his intentions 😉

I also made an apple pie for pi day!

@ieatunicorns:  I know (at least in northern IL) we’ve had stints of 70-ish weather in March, but not 80! I don’t mind though, this whole winter has been so mild!

 

We are having leftover chili……because the week of record highs, my husband decides we need to get one more round of good winter food in!
