@Jellybones:  It depends what time DH gets home.  (He gets home anywhere between 8pm and 11pm).  If he gets home near 8, broccoli cheese soup and grilled tomato and cheese sandwiches.  If he gets home closer to 11, then probably just cereal, if I’m not in bed already.

But tomorrow, we’re driving into the city for our Trader Joe’s run.  I can’t wait, I love that store!

depends what’s on the specials at the National’s menu.  Friday night is our night out…and Saturday…and Sunday… as long as we can afford it we will enjoy our dinner’s out!

We put a chili in the slow cooker.  It’s currently cooking. =)

I think I will either do a grilled steak or grilled chicken with roasted red potatoes and corn. Mmmm!

Fridays in our house = at home happy hour.  That almost always includes homemade pizza and then usually something like wings or mozzarella sticks.  Simple bar food made at home.  And not always healthy, but cheaper than going to the bar.

@Jellybones:  You should!  15 hour days alone with just the baby drive me up.a.wall.  She’s a terrible dinner companion, she can’t keep food off her face to save her life!

I’m making homemake chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, and corn.  Usually I don’t cook on Fridays – we’re big on eating out on the weekends.

I usually don’t cook on Fridays either, but just this morning I was thinking of how I kind of wanted a homemade pizza again (I made it the other week and still have some things I could use).  I did mozzarella with sliced provolone and sliced jalapenos and homemade sauce.  YUMMMM!  I don’t know if I’ll end up cooking because I would have to go to the store and there is a basketball game I need to watch that starts at 7…
