Leftovers from last night! A butternut squash and white bean vegan soup with a cape seed roll from our local bakery. Grape tomatoes, an orange, homemade granola bar, and some Kashi cereal to snack on as well!

All week, every day I have a small portion of baked skinless chicken with a side of raw celery and bell peppers and 1/4 of a sweet potato. Followed up by an apple for a snack.
Butternut squash bisque. I am so into soups right now it’s not even funny.
If I was at work- which I should have been as they called me at 5am but then changed their minds. Lunch would have been a fattoush salad with pita croutons, tomatoes, olives, cucumber, feta,red onion and chickpeas. Since I skipped out lunch will be my leftover crab cake burger from Red Robin
We are traveling today, so I had a Chipotle burrito for lunch on the road.
Orange chicken with white rice. Sides were cucumber and seaweed. Water with lemon.
