i’m Trying to build a great gym bag that has everything i need in it… Help me and others out.
What kind of workouts to you do? Right now I do a mix of cardio and strength. I’m just trying to get my gym legs bag but so far so good. My gym also offers hot yoga and i would like to start doing this at least once a week.
How often do you workout? I workout right now, 6 days a week.
What is in your gym bag? I have facial wipes (because i have bangs and have a tendancy to break out easily), deoderant, a sweat towel, gym clothes, music, shoes and clothes, hair ties, lock, lip chap, Water.
What one item can you not live without? My water! i love my water!
What is your favorite workout? Core, and anything that makes me sweaty.
What is your goal? right now I am 5″3 and 110lbs but i would like to start with a goal of gaining 5lbs of muscle and tone my body up
What is on your fitness wish list? Some sort of after workout protien shake. Protien seems to make me sick and i’m on a mad hunt for one that works for me.
