    I would say oral sex, but I wouldn’t want to share a toothbrush with a friend if they forgot theirs either, so said equal, LOL!

    I’m going to go with the answer that involves a penis.

    i voted oral sex….but then again, hubby and i did that waaaay before we ever shared a tooth brush, and we only have done that on like emergency occasions (as in, we are traveling and hubs forgot his toothbrush), so hmmmmm…..

    Since the word intimate literally means, “very private; closely personal” I’m going with oral sex.

    Honesty I’d say sharing a toothbrush.

    I know people who have oral sex the first night they meet, but don’t/won’t share toothbrushes until they’re in a serious long-term relationship.

    I said oral sex. For sure.  …Also, sharing a tooth brush, more than intimate, seems gross to us! I mean, I think we did it once, but I’m not really sure if it was due to an emergency or because we got confused with the colours of the tooth brushes (lol)…

    Oral all the way.

    I would share a toothbrush with anyone I’d share a cup with. Mouthwash and hot water kill a good many of the germs.

    I don’t think the two can be compared. I do one all time, but I would NEVER do the other. I know hot water kills the germs, but that just isn’t enough for me lol.

    @red_pepper_gal:

    Sharing a toothbrush has nothing to do with intimacy. It’s just a question of personal hygeine.

    Seriously??  I went to visit my sister this weekend, forgot my toothbrush, and just shared hers for a few days.  And it’s safe to say the other situation would not happen.  I mean, oral germs are one thing, but I can’t even believe people are comparing this!

    I was going to add a caveat for people with really poor oral hygiene, but I realized if their teeth are dirty then I don’t even want to think about their genitals, so it still applies.

    ETA – I guess I skimmed and didn’t realize were we talking intimacy and not “would you rather,” but I still think oral is way more intimate.
