Is body hair ok on your SO? What’s not ok…back hair, chest hair, facial hair? I ask this because their should be a “best girlfriend” award or something because I just shaved my boyfriend’s back hair tonight. I’ve always joked about it because he always keeps his hair short since he’s on the fire department.

@sarahroby: My man looks like wolverine and I love it. Long hair don’t care!
ETA: Until you shave his butt hair you get no cred lol!

I’m weird. Excessive body hair (especially when it’s really dark and obvious) kinda grosses me out. I’m just one of those people. I’m ok with a little body hair, but if it’s really thick, dark, or coarse, I feel it should be shaved.
My SO has a goatee (if he shaves it he looks 12 years old), a triangle of fur on his chest, and that’s pretty much it. He shaves the rest of his face and downstairs.

The only hair I’d have on a guy if I could choose, is on his head, his face, and “down there.” Otherwise everything else I like with no hair better (legs, underarms, chest, back…)

DH has almost no hair on his chest and none on his back. I definitely prefer it that way.

My SO himself does not grow any chest or back hair, thank god. And barely any facial hair (only his chin and mustache).

What’s funny though is he has this random white hair (he has several random hairs that pop out on his body) that pops out of the middle of his forehead that’ll grow extremely long, which I call his unicorn hair. LOLLL

OMG, is your SO my fiance? Cuz my Fiance has a unicorn hair too! lol 😀

I don’t mind body hair (except for back hair). I like my Fiance to have some maintained scruff, but not a full on beard (:

I hate body hair! I would love for Fiance to only have hair on top of his head, but the only place he shaves is his face. If he waxed everything, I would be so happy.

I like my fiancé in his natural state… Arm pits, legs, scruff on the face, pubic hair. God it’s so sexy. I love it all.
He doesn’t grow back hair (yet?) and only a little on the chest… I don’t think I’d mind either though.

I don’t mind body hair at all. I like my boyfriend’s chest hair and stuff, and although I wouldn’t say I’m a big fan of super hairy backs, I know I could learn to live with it if my boyfriend had one.

My Fiance is self conscious about his body hair. I blame his mom who once naired his shoulders until his arms bled:/ As long as he doesn’t wear one of those wife beater tanktops and lets his shoulder hair curl over the edge of the straps (that image just gives me the heebie jeebies) I’m all good. He basically has about the same density of hair covering him all the way from the back of his neck to his ankels with it a bit thicker on his chest, he also has a chinstrap which verges towards full beard sometimes. Personally I enjoy twirling his chest and arm hair into little tufts when we’re cuddling. Every few weeks he’ll shave/trim his armpits (for the smell) and downstairs. The only time I feel really bad for his hariness is when he randomly yelps because the hair on his butt and thigh knotted itself together and it ripped out when he moved.

Whatever HE wants.
My Fiance has very little and what he has is blonde so doesn’t bother me at all. My ex was much hairier and towards the end started shaving chest, back and ‘down there’. The only problem was that his hair grew really fast…do you know what it’s like to get whisker burn over almost your whole body?! It’s pretty uncomfortable. Some men just shouldn’t shave!

Leg hair (wild & free)
Kempt pubes, kempt armpits.
Eyelashes, eyebrows, head hair and sometimes 1 day old stubble (only 1 day old because it gets really spiky really fast, he has major beard growing genes but we aren’t into the Duck Dynasty look.)
…as you may have gathered, I do not like body hair. I don’t mean the blond near-invisble stuff, I mean, “oh yeah that’s a hair” hair.
Fortunately we’re on the same page bout this. I would be somewhat dismayed if he had chest hair, but not as much as he would, he thinks it’s gross. If he sprouted hair on his back I think there’d be no need for discussion: laser hair removal for his bsck would just be added to our family budget.
