My major one is candy. I love it all. I adore Gobstoppers, Sweetarts, and spree. If I buy a box of it (like you get at the movies), I end up eating the whole box in just a couple hours! A serving size is like 8 pieces. I throw 8 pieces in my mouth at one time, lol.
Potato chips are the only other thing that I crave quite a bit. But I’m getting better with those – I don’t eat half the bag in one sitting anymore, lol.

Oh god, chips. Ruffles cheddar and sour cream chips are my absolute weakness. Left unattended, I will eat the entire bag in one day and hate myself afterwards. My only solution thus far has been to only let myself buy the little 1.5oz bags they have at the cash register so I’m forced to limit myself.

Not a food, but a drink – Diet Coke. I drink at least a 12 pk PER DAY!!!

Um everything? Hot dogs, burgers, cheese, soda, candy, cake, cookies, ice cream, fast food; pretty much all the unhealthy foods. I just try to dance more around the house lol.

Not food but I have a mocha frappucino every single morning. I seriously have tried to stop so many times but can’t. I hate it.

The one I refuse to give up is ice cream. I buy the little mini Haagen Dazs that have one serving per container – try to make that last 2-3 days, only having a bit when I want some.
There are other things I’ve had to give up b/c I just can’t control myself around them: cereal (I don’t eat it with milk and just snack on it from the box), nutella and anything other than plain wheat thins.
