Diet Pepsi and white pasta. Mmmm… I’m actually having both right now. I’ve watched my calories all day so I could sneak some pasta tonight!

Dessert? I know its not a particular food but really its all of them. I eat pretty healthy and work out though, so I let myself have it as a treat. If it hurt my progress I would probably stop but until then I eat cookies or cake or ice cream probably every day, sometimes I make specialty desserts to and if my Fiance doesnt bring them to work quickly its gone in a matter of days. Its an awful habit!

taco bell. (disgusting, i know).

pasta. (i’m italian… it’s in my blood?)

cheese.

bread.

diet pepsi.

wine. (and whiskey, and vodka, and beer…)

energy drinks.

aaaaand…. seconds. it’s not a food, but a lifestyle. and i desperately need to quit it!

Mine would be a drink – coke.

I used to drink massive amounts, and now I have maybe 5 a week (sometimes more) which is still pretty bad…I up my exercise a bit more on the days when I’ve had a can, though I’m sure it doesn’t cancel out all the sugar, but at least I feel a little better!

Bread bread bread….nom nom nom….any bread!!! (except rye)

Favorite? Buttermilk (the unhealthiest kind, of course) or sourdough (since I am from AK)

I will eat bread by itself, with butter, pb&j’s,  egg, bacon and cheese sammiches (on a croissant!!! I am dying!), pizza crusts (i’ll eat my FI’s if he doesn’t haha), garlic knots…OK i have to stop….

But of course I have cut down ALOT of my bread consumption (along with other bad carbs) for about 2 months. After the wedding  and honeymoon I will be making cinnamon rolls lol.

Chips! I have a SERIOUS problem.. I eat a bag in a sitting easy! I think this is one food that I just can’t have in the house! Boooo

cheetos, chocolate, wine..beer. cheese…salty potato chips, COOKIES! ugh…I want it all.

Diet Pepsi, Fries, Cheeseburgers…pretty much everything! I don’t cut out what I love, just count my calories and make sure to limit my portions.

 

I’m hungry after reading this thread.:/
