Angry Orchard apple ale. I tried it for the first time the night before my BFP and I’ve been craving it since! And red bull… I know I could have some now, but I just wouldn’t feel right gulping one down and disturbing little one from her slumber.

And most of all: A REAL WORKOUT.

I can’t wait to get back to get back to burpees, crunches and yoga without feeling like I’m going to break a hip or go into labor. I look forward to my post-natal bootcamp. Baby girl and I are going to be cooped up all winter. All the better to kick some butt in the gym (aka my dining room).

Oh…and EXCEDRIN.

I miss it so much. I get bad migraines and it’s the only medicine that works.

I told my Darling Husband the other night that as soon as this kid is born I’m going to this particular asian restaurant and getting one of those big wooden boats filled with sushi. And a large glass of reisling!

The perfect meal.

Probably rare steak and alchol for me.

The UK guidlines are I think a lot more relaxed than the US so the diet dosent feel that restricted. NHS says alchol avoid or at least restrict to no more than 1-2 units once or twice a week, but I like a lot of people am avoiding. I do love my soft cheeses, but there are so many interesting alternatives that there is always somethig to eat. I’m avoiding seafood more than necessary at the moment and do miss that.

This sounds terrible but I miss alcohol! It will be some time before I get to have a drink since I plan on breast feeding.

I keep telling my husband that as soon as the baby is out, someone needs to call in an order to Jimmy John’s for me.  I’m going to want a big sandwich loaded with turkey and a whole pickle.  Also some sushi and wine, but the wine will have to wait a little while, at least until we have a more stable feeding schedule, since I plan to breastfeed.
