All these bags out here in the thousands I am over here with my $39 Target purse. Which I adore and it makes me feel fancy! lol Just thinking about how different people’s lives must be from mine having that kind of disposable income. lol

Then some of us over here hoping we can pay our rent and car payments on used cars that are 8-9 years old. lol One credit card with a $300 limit. It’s just fascinating to me. Then there are people who have no home, no car, no job etc. Just weird to think about wide range of incomes (or lack there of) out there.

Around the $170-$200 range, though I never pay full price for anything so that’s discounted from $250-$300.

It was a Marc Jacobs handbag that I paid somewhere between $450-600. It was such a long time ago that I can’t remember. My sister was working at Neiman Marcus & they were having a sale. Then on top of that sale, there was a friends & family discount…it was originally $950. Never again.

I’d take it out, a stranger bumped into me with a drink and spilled cocktail all over it.
Took it to brunch and the waitress dropped our plate of food and buttercream frosting and syrup spilled all down it (red velvet pancakes, yum) I seriously looked OUT for this bag but bad luck followed me with it. Thankfully I was able to clean it and still sell it.
That was the turning point when I realized I don’t need nice bags anymore.

I bought a $100 purse in 2011 and I still use it as my every day purse this many years later…. so I think that’s okay. Before that purse, none of them ever lasted that long! They were cheaper.

I’ve never spent more than $35 on a purse/bag/whatever. I’m not a purse, or even a shopping in general, person. However my mother is, and she is the reason why I have a Coach diaper bag lol. Meanwhile, I’m still wearing the same clothes/shoes that I bought 10+ years ago.
