Ditto on the sneezing thing! It like, scares me every time the hubs sneezes … I can’t stand it!
Also ditto on fidgeting. My husband has a leg shaking problem, so if we’re sitting on the couch, the couch is always moving because his leg is moving.

This sounds really weird, but Fiance becomes freakishly stubborn about really weird things. For example, there is this resturant I really wanted to try. But it’s in an old gas station. For some reason, this totally freaked him out, and he was adamant that he would never eat there because it was in an old gas station.
Another resturant, he wouldn’t try because it was too small. But the trouble with that is that many of the places we love are TINY. But it was just like, he did not want to try this one place no matter what.
It drives me bonkers! We are very adventurous eaters, and love to try new places, but sometimes he just randomly decides he hates a place before we ever get to try it.

OMG, the fidgeting! It takes Fiance at least 20 minutes to settle down and go to sleep. He’s moving his legs or tossing and turning or scratching his [email protected] or whatever before he can just settle.
And the video games, the slamming the controller and yelling and swearing at them. And I always tell him to calm down and he’s like, “I wasn’t that bad!” in the mean time he’s yelling about how it’s “f-ing impossible to beat this guy!”

The thing that drives me crazy about my Fiance is that he is obsessed with keeping the blinds shut. In our condo we have beautiful sliding doors that let in lots of light, however, according to my Fiance this means less privacy. I get his point, but we live in a very nice neighbourhood and the balcony and windows all look out over a marshy area and courtyard. There is another building across the courtyard but let’s face it, both buildings and the surrounding residential neighbourhood are mainly populated by elderly people with better things to do than stare in our windows at noon. I’m sure the glare on the windows is blinding anyways haha. I’m from the country, if that little piece of courtyard and marsh is the most country/nature I’m going to get around here then I am going to take full advantage of it but leaving the cutains open until it gets dark!

i love love my fi but there are several things that drives me crazy about him:
-he dont know how to follow simple instructions. he can do things by himself but if he get any instructions he shuts down and do everything wrong
-when we fight he dont say anything he just listen to me (even if im going crazy screaming and crying) and when i finish he just goes to sleep and wakes up the next morning like nothing happen. that drives me crazy

Fiance has a habit of when eating… of shoving everything thats possible in one mouthful i.e have a cheeseburger in one bite 3/4 of it is gone. or jamming everything in there that he can and then starts chewing. I put that down to his mother not teachin him social eating behaviour. But when he does it. I stop eating myself and sit there wondering how the heck in got it all in there…

Girls, seriously. I was in tears reading all of these, as was FI!! They are too funny and a lot of them are my FI!! The big one is he gets too worked up too easy. Like something small goes wrong and he reacts to harshly, he will calm down and realize it isn’t a huge deal, he’s working on it- however, something major goes wrong, and you wouldn’t even think it phased him!! Now for the little things –
He never shuts his dresser drawers. Kitchen drawers – no problem, but if it has clothes, forget it!
He takes his clothes off in the kitchen after work or working out before showering and leaves them there, even if they are literally right next to a clothes basket. And he drops his pants and underwear and just steps out of them so you can see the leg holes and the crotch of his underwear. Ew.
He picks everything. His calluses on his hands. His nails. If he gets a skin. Scabs. He’s like a 5 year old sometimes. Or just a man.. LOL.
This one drives me nuts but is funny – he always has his Blackberry at his side. Like in the morning when he gets up and walks around in his boxer briefs, he puts it in the side of his underwear like a holster, or if he has the holster, he’ll clip it to his underwear. LMAO.
But at the same time, I love him for all these things.

This post is so funny!
I don’t know what to say about my Fiance, most of the things that drove me nuts I was luckily able to train him out of ;). When we met, he would often grab his crotch- to adjust himself, but he would do it at any given random time!!!! When he started in a serious professional sales positon, I told him he absolutely could not be touching his crotch- for ANY reason! Unconscious or not- someone could take it the wrong way.
Also, he used to be the worst most dangerous driver. I blame it on- long ago, before we met, he was a pizza delivery boy. Plus, I think he just didn’t care about life as much before we met. He used to just pull out in front of people!!! HEARTATTACK!!!!

@bakerella- My Fiance sneezes loudly too! It is more like a shout/ a yell than a sneeze. It makes my two dogs come running, looking scared and confused!

OMG I was going to say the sneezing too, before I read any of the other posts! Yeah, I can’t stand loud sneezing – and his are deafening. I actually get scared sometimes when he sneezes, so now he warns me before he sneezes, lol

These are hysterical!
Somebody above mentioned the running water-well my hubby does that too. But not just the kitchen sink but the shower too. Drives me nuts! He’ll stand there or walk around the kitchen or upstairs hallway while the water is running! Sometimes I’ve seen him start the shower, then stand at the sink and shave while the shower is running. Eek!
His driving makes me crazy…too fast or too slow (the slow part comes after he sees me reach for the dashboard!!!) insanely quick turns, not looking fully before pulling out somewhere (he says he does, but I don’t think so!)…
