@Little_Nut88:  This is what I really wanted. Was definitely number one on my list! I got it one of the hotel flipping ones that makes two waffles at once for Christmas though… so I guess I need to find a new favorite!

@cmbr:  Make ALL the things!

I bake cakes from scratch for all occasions

You can use it to easily shred cooked chicken

I make ice cream in mine (ice cream attachment)

I used it to make oreo truffles this Christmas (to knead the cream cheese & oreo crumbs together)

Knead bread!

Make pie crust!

…bake anything!

Get more attachments and grind meat, juice veggies/fruits, stuff sausages, make pasta…

I love my KitchenAid!

Oh, you know, happy wishes for a long marriage.

JK, I want a Dyson.  We have two dogs that shed like crazy and we’ve already killed a few low-end vacuums, but we can’t afford to splurge on a nice one.  Besides, how can we have a happy marriage if we’re living in filth and I’m always getting stressed and angry at our broken crappy vacuum?  That’s just no way to live Wink

@cmbr:  it’s useful if you bake a lot, if not… I’d return it and use the 350 for something else!

I’m really excited about…(because we’re gonna buy out anything we don’t get…even if it’s everything).

Surround sound speakers for our movie nights with friends!

Bike rack for the car so we can take our bikes on trips!

And a new comforter…our has holes and my feet get stuck in it LOL.

@scottie:  this is the first thing that came to my mind too! Were doing a honeymoon registry but if we were doing a retail registry a dyson would be one of the few things on that list

We probably won’t get it, but I’m *really* hoping someone gifts us the bed set we registered for. (Comforter, pillow shams, bed skirt.)

Fiance and I purchased a queen size mattress to replace the full-size in his existing bed since we each pretty much take up a full-sized bed all on our own. Problem is, it’s still got a full-sized comforter on it.

And if we don’t get it gifted to us, we probably won’t be able to afford to buy it for several months. >__< Guess we better get cozy!

We are moving back home to Australia just before our wedding so we have to sell everything we own (it’s crazy expensive to ship furniture) so every gift we receive is desperately needed and much appreciated.  It will be nice to have lots of new things to fill up our new home. Nice to start a new life.

A bike rack that has a hitch on it so we can use it with our pop-up camper. It’s something that I would totally love to get but probably wouldn’t spend money on myself. A lot of gifts on our registry are like that. Actually, now that I think about it, it may be the hammock we registered for.

Cash. This year we just started saving up for a house, so that is the only thing we really want. We basically have everything we need already since we’ve been living together for 2 years now. And FI’s family has a habit of giving people a ton of mismatched cheap towels, so I’m hoping we can avoid the towel invasion by spreading the word through his parents.

There are two items I’m most excited for. My Maid/Matron of Honor ordered me a spill proof crockpot. I never take mine anywhere so I don’t know why I’m obsessing over it, but I have this vision of taking it to tailgates or potlucks. I also hope we get the crawfish boil items I chose – an 80 qt pot and an outdoor propane burner!

Fiance on the other hand would vote that he is most excited to get a new coffee pot that grinds the beans fresh, and the cast iron pizza stone.

A vacuum cleaner that actually works! I’ve only had really crappy cheap ones since I moved out of my parents house…
