@cmbr:  I got my kitchenaid a few years ago for Christmas and you won’t use it that often, but when you do it’s a godsend. I bake maybe once a month and the rest of the time it takes up counter space, but it’s worth it. Do yourself a favor and add the mixer attachment that scrapes the sides of the bowl as it stirs.

Analon cookware!  We have crappy hand me downs, and decided enough was enough, so we bought one Analon pan, and it is amazing.  So we registered for a whole set!

Also the KitchenAid Stand Mixer and the KitchenAid Hand Blender.  I’m so tired of reading all these recipes that involve using a Stand Mixer and having to do it by hand! I will bake ALL THE TIME…

ETA: Oh yeah, and my Fiance won’t stop talking about getting a Breville Toaster Oven.  I think he thinks it is magic.  And that we have more counter space than we actually do.  But it’s on the registry, and it’ll make his day if someone buys it for us!

@inky_1:  I’ve failed at using the ice cream attachment twice and I usually am pretty good  in the kitchen 🙁 Mind sharing a few tips or a recipe?

Money. We REALLY want a king size mattress, but we’d also need a new box spring and that wouldn’t be something we’d register for. I’ve also recently decided I’d like a SodaStream.

@cmbr:  I LOVE your china!!!! I never thought I would be excited either. I mean…dishes, really? Excited for dishes? But it is really fun looking at patterns and picking things out 🙂

Casual china and a salad spinner.  PLEASE!  I don’t want to eat soggy lettuce on my target plates anymore.

I was going to say the KitchenAid mixer….or espresso machine…but when I thought I little harder.

New dishes.

The ones we’ve been using were the ones my Fiance got with his ex when they got married…and I actually like them, but I want them GONE. Haha. My parents recently found my dish set I bought in college in their basement, so we’ve been using those most of the time (at FI’s insistance…I think he wants the others gone, too!)

On a side note, I needed some large tupperware containers to put all of our Christmas candy in, and dug some out of the cabinet…that had his ex’s name written on the bottom…ugh…I can’t wait to replace this stuff!

A kitchenaid stand mixer or a dyson- aka the two most expensive and least likely gifts. Realistically, I’ll be happy ecstatic to get the tea kettle we registered for. We drink so much tea, and the microwave just doesn’t cut it.

I can’t decide… either the stand mixer or the plates? FI’s plates are stolen from his parent’s house. Even though he’s 27… and makes 80k a year.

Fiance says he most wants his soda stream!

Since we’re moving across the country, we would really like cash. All the things we own are going to be on their way to NC 2 days before our wedding.
