My theme is “Southern Charm.” 🙂
Mason jars, daisies, homemade jellies as favors, yellows, blues, & pinks. It’s going to be at a historic plantation house. Beautimus! 🙂
I wish I knew how to make an inspiration board for sure!

Up until a few weeks ago, I didn’t think we would have one, but I changed my mind.
Colors are purple, silver and maybe some pink thrown in. I don’t have an inspiration board, just alot of ideas in my head.

1940’s vintage industrial!
Our tiny reception is in an art gallery downtown with concrete floors, white and brick walls, etc so the totally simple, pared down feeling of the 40’s ties right in. Our colors are mostly shades of cream and ivory with touches of grey, and I used an old typewriter for a making invites, menus, etc, and it will probably act as a guestbook. For example, each place setting will have a menu that features the portrait of an old movie star on one side with a typewriter- typed menu on the reverse. The tables will be strewn with various vintage glass jars and bottles, some of which will have tealights, and a few of which will have sprigs of cotton stems with a few bolls each.
I love all things vintage, but it took a while to decide which “kind” of vintage and to be wary of staying away from “rustic” vintage
Now where to go for dita von teese hair styling in Fargo…

enchanted forest/ midsummer nights dream… kind of the same thing hehe (difficult task making the indoors feel like the outdoors…)
Colors: greens with brown and white accents!
Place: an old theater stage for the ceremony and a room with high windows and ceilings with full green curtains… it’s a very magical place.

Think “Mama Mia” and “Pride and Prejudice” mixed together, in a plum purple and gold soft vintage theme.

Scrabble-Onyx edition–black and silver with a bit of pink for the center star square. Fiance and I met playing Scrabble and that was the board we played on on our first date 🙂
