Dr Jart but I’m quite new to it. I like soap and glory too

Physician’s Formula OrganicWear CC Cream is my go-to! Andalou Naturals BB is also good if you have dry skin.

I LOVE Smashbox’s camera-ready CC cream. I too went through a bunch of CC creams (I have a really red tone to my skin) and it’s the only one that gives me great coverage but is also super thin so I don’t feel like I have anything on my face.

You shoudl try going to Sephora – sometimes they’ll give samples!

Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue. Used it for almost a year now and love it. Feels weightless. I use a powder over it to “finish” the look a bit more but I could do without if I wanted to be more quick!

Seconding Maybelline’s BB cream, I was really impressed with the quality for the price. It’s replaced the more expensive products I was using. Builds really nicely, too!

msmistis:  Ooo! Let me know how it goes for you! I’m sure you had one on hand but when I switched from applying with my fingers to using a Beauty Blender or other sponge it makes it even that much better!

msmistis:  I use Smashbox Camera Ready BB Water. It’s super light but still provides nice coverage, and it has SPF 30. I prefer to put it on with my hands, so I just rub 3-4 drops in the palm of my hands to warm it up a bit and then put it on like lotion (I sometimes blend it a bit more with my beauty blender). It goes on effortlessly and lasts all day. Defintely worth grabbing a sample of!

Ugh.. So I tried the Aveeno CC cream today and yuck… So much for saving money!

I was mixing some clinique foundation with my murad lotion and that was so much better… I have used the bare minerals complexion rescue before and I think I’ll go back…*sigh* Maybe I’ll get some samples of the Smashbox and Boscia and Naked ones today. The struggle is real, y’all.

Laneige cushion bb cream. It leaves a dewy finish, like I just got out of the shower and am looking in the mirror without my glasses. It’s buildable. I love it for where I live, but if I’m in a humid city, I finish with a translucent powder.

I’ve been using IT Cosmetics CC Cream and like it quite a lot.

Smashbox CC and BB Cream; I actually prefer the CC over the BB.

I had previously used a tinted moistuerizer from Clinique that they no longer carry, as well as from The Balm – but, wanted something different. I felt the Garnier was TOO thick and regardless of the shade I tried, it was not good for my skin color.

I used the Smashbox CC Cream i teh Dominican as spf on my face and to give my “I just got up” face some color before we ventured to the beach after eating breakfast.

Back to Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue and loving it…  SO much better than the Aveeno.
