I have no issues with food or drink. I can resist anything even if I want it badly. However, I am not a fan of straight cardio, and that is a known fat blaster. I can lift weights, do hours of calisthenics, pilates… but full-on cardio wipes me out fast. I have terrible endurance I guess.

@drA: I do not exercise or go to the gym. I’ll go for a short walk or go swimming but I can’t work out, just don’t have the energy for it.
I also go through cycles where I’ll eat really healthy and then relapse and succumb to the temptation of sugary snacks.
