Personally I find teh whole BMI chart to be total bullshit. I’m 4’11” and my BMI is at 36 which means I’m “obease”. Now, don’t get me wrong, I could definitey stand to lose some weight and would definiely consider myself overweight but with a 33″ waist and 45″ behind, I woud imagine no one would look at me and call me obease. I wear mostly medium tops and carry my weight at the bottom which I love but I have larger than average muscle mass for a woman which is why even at my most fit (my military days) I was still considered overweight on the BMI chart. Decide what your happy weight is based on how your clothes fit and how you feel when you look in the mirror, not a stupid chart that onle considers 2 out of the many factors which determine health.
