@ScottishMrs:  Yeah, it’s included in my graduate assistantship stipend and well worth it. When I don’t have the gym, I just run – not creative enough to put together great workouts!

Your workout is very creative!

I just started a Walk/Jog program.
Last week was: Walk 4 min/Run 1 min.
This week: Walk 4 min/Run 2 min.
Next week: Walk 3 min/Run 3 min.

Until I eventually get to running for 30 min straight.
I do strength training twice a week (will work up to 3x/week). I just do various exercises I found from magazines.

I am no longer so rigid in how my workouts go. I select my workouts based on mood, available energy and time.

I do try to do kettlebells at least twice a week and really try for three times a week as nothing burns more calories per minute than kettlebells! It’s strength-traaining, aerobics, and ab work rolled into one activity – I love kettlebells!

Other days I may do step aerobics, Pilates, stability ball workouts, or Core Fusion DVDs.

Once the weather warms up more, I will add some work on the Bowflex, as I have no place to put it in the house so it’s in the garage.

I just joined a gym in January and I love it.  Zumba is my favorite, but I try to go to 3-5 hour long classes a week.  When I can’t get to the gym I use the nike training app on my phone.  Also, the eliptical machine at the gym is super fun.

Hula Hoop! We do this hula hoop yoga class every friday, it’s amazing. I love it so much!

I do:

barre classes 2-3 times a week

reformer pilates 2-3 times a week

yoga + hula hoop yoga 1 a week

I just started spinning again, ahh, I love it! Can’t wait to hike again.

I’m training for a 1/2 marathon!

I also eat 1200 cals/day, plus extra if I ran that day (which I do 5 days a week), NEVER more than 2000 calories!

Generally between 1200 and 1500!
