I’m a hairstylist and I usually use OPI. The key is to use the regular top coat, not the fast dry top coat. Takes longer to dry, but your polish will last longer!

I find OPI lasts the longest, but it’s totally dependent on top coat. Also, a little while ago I had my nails done and they got me to dry them between each coat under the UV lamp, then used an OPI top coat which glowed under the UV. It was seriously the best mani I’ve had, ever.

I have the essie 3-way glaze, but I find that it tends to peel off (rather than chip) after a day or so.

OPI for sure—I particularly like the names of all the colours….makes me enjoy my polish even more! (currently wearing Houston, we have a purple)

Maybelline express finish is my fave, lasts about 5 days.

I use piggy paint, but it’s chips easy. It’s natural and doesn’t have an odor. I got it when I got pregnant, and I’m happy with it b/c the strong smell of nail polish is pretty awful for my migraines.

I like OPI, but I rarely paint my nails.

China Glaze and Sally Hansen Salon Manicure.  What base coat and top coat you use really makes a difference.  Never use an exresss-finish.

The Shellac manicures really do stay flawless for weeks.  However, my nails grow fast so after two weeks I had a huge “growth” spot.

Another vote for OPI. I don’t even use a top coat and if I don’t mess up while it’s drying I find it lasts for a good week or so.

Sally Hansen is my favorite.  Lots of color choices, durable, 2 coats usually gives true color.  And I think that it’s a good value for the price 🙂
