laceyjoxo :  I haven’t baked Christmas cookies for years, but I think I might this year. When I was younger we made Christmas Wreaths, basically green rice krispie treats but made with cornflakes and shaped like wreathes with red hots.

I usually make a couple of big batches of sugar cookes in the shape of snowmen, christmas trees, etc. because  they’re a lot of fun to decorate and end up being super cute.

I also usually make thumbprint/rosebud cookies. I tried gingerbread cookies last year and they didn’t work out but I’mma give them a try again this year.

Sugar cookies are definitely a must, I’m looking forward to decorating with my daughter this year as she’ll be old enough to participate.

I also always make thumbprint cookies with homemade jam or jelly and candy cane cookies.

I started making peanut butter cookies when my Fiance and I started dating because his mom used to make them, and she has passed.

laceyjoxo :  Almond Pillow Cookies! If you’ve never had them, get some from Fresh Market.. so good! They are a pain in the ass to make, but totally worth it.
