Shortbread that I decorate and gingerbread.  Plus I make the most amazing almond and praline filled biscuits.

Gingerbread, Andes mint chip (taste like a Starbucks peppermint mocha!), and shortbread.

I’d say my favorite, and the must-have tradition is gingerbread men decorated with royal icing. So good. But I also make cookie baskets for neighbors, teachers, bus drivers etc and last year I made:

Red velvet cake balls

Lemon ricotta cookies

Divinity (My late Nanny’s recipe!)

Peanut butter fudge

Hazelnut shortbread dipped in chocolate

Chocolate crinkle cookies

Peppermint bark

Christmas sprinkle sugar cookies

And everyone’s favorite, and the most simple – Pretzel Rolo sandwiches dipped in white chocolate!

Ginger snaps! I love ginger and molasses, so in my book it’s the perfect cookie.

Not really traditional Christmas cookies but…

Peanut butter Rice Krispies chocolate balls. I always have to make an entire second batch cause husband and I end up eating most of them before we even have a chance to bring them to any festive gatherings haha.

I also make sugar cookies and decorate them all cute, cause it’s fun.
