I LOOOOOOVE Smart Food Popcorn Clusters. They’re so filling and come in so many wonderful flavors. The Chocolate Cookie Caramel Pecan is to DIE for. You get a lot in that little bag for about 120 calories!

I love food. I love it so much that I don’t eat shitty diet food. If I want something sweet, I bake something real, with full fat, for myself, but try not to gorge on it (which sometimes doesn’t work, because I’m a really good baker). But I would never just get grocery store cookies or something sweet in a box to eat, because I just don’t enjoy it (I think I’m really sensitive to the flavor of preservatives). If I want whipped cream, i don’t buy fat free cool whip, I buy whipping cream and add in some sugar and whip that stuff up!
So yeah, no cheap/fake foods. Real sweets, but I savor them. I find it’s much less damaging to eat really awesome baked goods occasionally than to try to hold back a monster chocolate craving with a fat free pudding and a 100 calorie oreo pack. Because you know you’re not satisfied with that fakie pudding.
ps: I don’t think rice cakes qualify as treats… they’re pretty much made of oxygen.
I’m also anti-diet coke. I just drink real coke but save it for an occasional treat. And try to get Mexican coke because the sugar is better for you than corn syrup.
