I love larabars, watermelon, turkey jerky, and babybel cheeses.  I also love mandarin oranges (organic trader joe’s ones are really good).  I also love naked smoothies.

I love fresh juice and I love nuts. A handful or two of almonds (even flavored ones aren’t so bad as long as you don’t do the like…honey bbq, but they have great roasted coconut and cinnamon and cocoa powder almonds out there…) will actually subside hunger. Also water water water.

Smoothies!!!! Add some yogurt or milk to it if you’re hungry enough just fruit and juice won’t do the job πŸ™‚

Roasted unsalted nuts are one of my easy afternoon snacks–no more than an ounce or so because they’re higher-cal, but they’re filling and have healthy fats in them (also some fiber).  Fruits, or a nonfat plain Greek yogurt, or wasa-like crackers (the thin rye ones are good) with a laughing cow light wedge are some more options in my regular rotation.

In the summer I’m a lot better about veggie sticks (cut up peppers, radishes, celery, carrots, sugar snap peas, string beans, etc.) but I’m not as good as I should be. Something about summer helps me eat my veggies!

I also like those roasted seaweed sheets–I get them at Trader Joe’s–that aren’t really flavored except there is a little salt in them. I think they’re lightly coated in oil before roasting but you still get like 15-20 little sheets for 35 calories (half the package) which floats my boat!

Banana with a tablespoon of honey drizzled over it and some cinnamon. Satisfies hunger and a sweet tooth!

I love dried fruit as a treat, but eat in moderation as they are high in natural sugars/calories. Dates, prunes and mangoes are some of my faves!

Greek yogurt with honey and granola bars!  I literally carry granola bars in every purse I own.  It stop me from buying chips or cookies when I get hungry while I’m out and about.
