@Lily_of_the_valley: My husband’s favorite move is American History X. My favorite is PS I love you or Back to the Future. (I realize that makes me sound as if I have multiple personality disorder)
Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, I just love that movie. Close behind is Kenneth Banagh Henry V and BBCs Pride and Prejudice.
Mrs. Doubtfire since I was little. I also love Clue.
Haggard ( with bab margara ), 50 first dates, sLc punk….. I cant pick just one
Mine are: Lord of the Rings, Sense and Sensibility, The Road Home (a Chinese film) and The Color of Paradise (an Iranian film). (Branaugh’s Henry V is a great film too “we few, we lucky few”).
Depends on my mood. Romantic Comedy is either While You Were Sleeping or Say Anything. Action is 300 or The Departed I also love Pulp Fiction and Inglorious Basterds. Comedy is Pineapple Express. I love any Disney movie. The Big Lebowski is also a favorite and I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE X-Files movie. Shakspearean would be Much Ado About Nothing or The Taming of the Shrew, Tragedy Shakespear is Macbeth. I also love just about any musical. Like I said it depends on what mood I’m in 🙂
Tie: Muriel’s Wedding and The Royal Tenenbaums
Although I could watch American History X on mute just to drool over Ed Norton, too.
hard to name just one. august rush is one of the contenders.
50 first dates, all things Wes Anderson, and Les Mis from ’98. I also love all of the original Bourne films!
Titanic followed very closely by BBC’s Pride and Prejudice 🙂
American History X is my all time favorite! A close second would be Gran Torino.
I have a million.
– Star Wars (original trilogy)
– Indiana Jones
– Harry Potter series
– Bride & Prejudice
– Monsoon Wedding
– The Goonies
– Princess Bride
– Love Actually
– Easy A
– Casablanca
– A League of Their Own
– Amelie
…and probably a million more.
