I honestly don’t have a top “favourite” show. I obsess over Game of Thrones and make a weekly watching date out of it with another couple, and I used to obsess over The Walking Dead but it’s been pissing me off the last few seasons (still watch it religiously tho).
I’d say that in terms of what show I can always watch and have consistently enjoyed from day 1, my top choice would be Brooklyn 99. That show is perfect in every way.

I’m embarrassingly obsessed with Orange is the New Black. I hate how short the seasons are 🙁 Otherwise I’d say Law & Order SVU, with Criminal Minds and Black Mirror tied for 3rd.
I watch pretty much everything on Netflix/Hulu/Amazon since we don’t have cable, and Netflix keeps putting out more and more good shows…check out The Rain, Dark, The 3%, Sense8, Travelers, and Anne with an E. I absolutely love all of them, although only Sense8 is finished.
Most of these shows are fairly dark/serious. Anne with an E is by far the most light-hearted, but still a more serious/mature take on the Anne of Green Gables story. I don’t really watch much comedy, aside from FRIENDS, the only one I’ve ever thoroughly enjoyed was Parks and Recreation.

The only show I have loved as much as Dowton Abbey is another BBC show, Call the Mid-Wife”.
It is obviously about mid-wives but it’s about so much more! It starts in post war London and is now in the mid-sixties.

Oh, I forgot about Downton Abbey! I LOVED that show! I actually based my wedding decor on the Edwardian era and was largely influenced by the style from the show. When I tried on my wedding dress (that I ended up buying), I even thought “This is something I can see Mary wearing”.

Same here! I don’t watch very many shows. Downton is one of the only shows I’ve ever watched all the way through and I’m on season 4 of Call the Midwife. I love it so much!

My favorite show will forever be The Office. It’s the first thing my Fiance and I bonded over.

8 seasons I believe so far
It’s about a group of kids raising themselves due to their deadbeat parents, it’s extremely raunchy and vulgar but is absolutely hilarious and gritty! Highly recommend 😁

I’m so happy that someone besides me loves these two! I admit that I rarely get through an episode of either of these without a few tears! 😥

Twin Peaks, Golden Girls, The Price is Right.
My tastes are weird and varied.

Chicago Fire and Chicago PD! In case my username wasn’t a hint. 😬 They’re about the life of fire fighters, paramedics and cops but it’s not typical cop show it’s also a drama and it isn’t just the work side but they’re lives and their relationships are showcased and it’s amazing! It’s the most realistic I’ve seen for medical shows. Chicago PD is more like NCIS than cops if that explains it better. Super exciting and the show does cross overs with each of the sister shows and with law and order.
I bought all the seasons and I have the new ones preordered to arrive in sept! I don’t watch them on tv bc I don’t pay for cable but I binge watch them once I get the dvds!

OMG yes!!!! LOOOOOVE Call the Midwife!!! Also watched The Paradise (only 2 seasons) Land Girls and When Calls the Heart is the best! I love Hallmark type shows that are sweet and cheesy and clean. So hard to find but I hate it when my 11 year old daughter walks in and I have to pause it.
Currently binging Jane the Virgin. Also love Shameless (definitely gotta watch that after she goes to bed!) Sneaky Pete on Amazon, GOT, Ozark, Grace & Frankie, New Girl, OITNB (although I think it’s jumped the shark), How to Get Away With Murder, This Is Us, 911, The Resident, The Ranch, Schitt’s Creek, Grey’s Anatomy, The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Stranger Things, Dynasty….I mean, I’m kind of a TV junkie. I watch Food Network in the background the majority of my day though (SAHM.) I’m positive there are many many more that I’m not thinking about. Seriously, I ❤️ Movies and TV. Maybe too much. Lol
