My favorite by far is retin A.  I don’t have acne, but my skin can get quite oily.  Retin A keeps it dry (sometimes too dry) and most importantly, it protects your face from getting wrinkles!  That’s always good!

I have combination (more oily though) skin, and swear by the Dr. Hauschka line of skincare products. I use a bunch, and they are all great. They aren’t cheap though, sadly.

For weird items, my favorite is honey. A few times a week, after washing my face/removing makeup, I just smear some regular old honey on my face (everywhere but eyes). Let it sit for about half an hour, then rinse off in lavender water. My skin is SO soft after and looks much brighter and healthier (and less blemishes) when I do this a few times a week. My grandma told me to do it! 🙂

I second Clinique skincare products (may be a little biased because my mom works for them, lol). But seriously, it’s high quality and adaptable to any type of skin, and they have every kind of product you can think of.

I use Origins facewash and face cream. My skin loves it. I think its pretty reasonable compared to other products out there and it last forever!

I am a clean and clear girl. I use most of their products depending on how my skin is that particular day…my favorites are the blackhead scrub and the morning scrub that warms when you apply it.

I’m a die-hard Kiehl’s fan & who doesn’t love Philosophy? I like Clinique too but it can be pretty pricey as well.

I’ve been using Aveeno products for over a year now and I love them. I even use their shower gel & moisturizer – I use the “Stress” one that has the purple cap – only because I like the smell of it better. And if you’re trying to save even more $$, CVS makes a generic version that’s just as good although the scent is slightly off. I’m a fan of the original.

The best thing I’ve found for my oily skin is actually oats.  Might sound a bit odd, but it’s done wonders for my skin.  Get whole rolled oats and grind them up into a powder (I used a blender to do this) You can store it in a large, glass, with a shaker lid.  Then sprinkle a little in your hand and add a touch of water until it’s the consistency of any other face wash.  Then wash as usual.  It’s natural, inexpensive, and I’ve found it very effective!

Just like Fifty and GirlwithaRing I’m a  Clinique girl. I love their skin care line. I noticed a HUGE improvement when I started using it. I use everything Clinique from facewash to eyecream and make up . I think its pretty reasonably priced and works well for my 28 yr old combo skin.

I used Clinique for years until I discovered Dermalogica. It is more expensive and more intensive, but it does WONDERS for my oily breakout-prone skin.
