STUFFING! I love stuffing so much… I have to make it too since we’re vegan and sometimes chicken broth sneaks in ther!

and pumpkin pieeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!! With whole can of  soy whipped cream!!!!

and…. Cranberry Roast en Croute!!! Okay- I love everying…

normally I would say cranberry sauce or pumpkin pie, but I have taken to eating those year round as I love them so!

“Baked corn”, a scalloped corn casserole my mom makes every year. It’s the best! Plus, it’s one of the few vegetarian-friendly dishes at my Midwestern family’s Thanksgiving spread.

my mom makes these squash rolls. mmmm homemade bread. Also birthday cake, that’s right my birthday is on Thanksgiving this year and every fifth year.

Homemade baked mac and cheese and sweet potato casserole. Yum yum yum! I also love my mom’s wild rice stuffing with dried cherries and apricots.

@Meowkers:  My sister makes the BEST collard greens- I normally can’t stand them, but every year I beg her to bring me a big bowl of them! She cooks them for hours in brown sugar and bacon (and a couple of other things) and they’re so tender they literally melt in your mouth!
