I love sparkpeople.com. Weight tracker, fitness tracker, nutrition info, recipes, articles, etc.  All for free!

I’ve also heard great things about fitnesspal (but haven’t joined yet).

Happy Herbivore.com

On her site, she has recipes and has a meal plan for singles and families. She has 2 cookbooks available now, and one due out in December and 3 more in the future! She also has “how to” instructional videos.

Here is an excerpt from her site:

I love the recipes on skinnytaste.com.  I use weight watchers for weight loss.
