    I loooove lifting and strength training. Probably my fave as far as enjoyment while doing it and how I feel after – but I also love cardio (especially running and Zumba).

    Dancing, so I guess that’s cardio or other?  Either way, dancing doesn’t even feel like working out to me (I loathe working out lol).

    You need this poll to be multi-option!!! For instance, I like using DVD programs (like P90x type things) that mix weights with cardio, so technically I’d click on all 3! I clicked on DVDs though, I prefer to workout in the privacy of my own home, I feel uncomfortable sweating and jumping around like a fool in front of other people, I even make Darling Husband go in the other room lol

    I totally adore kettlebells! They are my newest favorite as they are aerobics, strength training and ab work all rolled into one! Plus they burn 20 calories per minute! Yeah baby!

    I also work out on my Bowflex, do Pilates, stability ball, step aerobics, and Core fusion workouts. But kettlebells ROCK!

    My fiance and I go to bootcamp twice a week and it includes cardio and weights.  I like it more than working out by myself and I like that its outside.

    My favorite thing to actually do is cardio…I like sweating a lot.  I really enjoy running or hiking and I like the stairmaster.  But I can’t run everyday so I also do some cardio machines.  I just don’t enjoy them as much.

    The thing I hate on that list is DVDs…I just don’t like working out in my home.  I get distracted.

    I don’t mind classes or weight lifting though either (I do weights) I just enjoy cardio more.

    I voted DVD’s – my fiance and I have been doing P90x and Insanity, which I like alot.
