I haven’t tried it yet but my leader, and everyone at my meetings always talks about a pina colada cake that is to die for. It’s just a box of angel food cake mix and a large can of crushed pineapple, juice and all. Mix together and bake as per the directions on the box. Then add a little light cool whip to top and voila.

Unfortunately, I’m not sure of the points.. you’d have to add the few ingredients up to find out.

So far I love the White Bean Turkey Chili best (from Skinny Taste website), but I haven’t tried too many recipes, yet. Oh, and the Pasta Fagoli soup from that website. Both of them are delicious! I love how Skinny Taste is all Weight Watchers recipes and sooo delicious! πŸ™‚

@Mrs.tobe: Oh, I bet you’ll love it! Found out on here from a bunch of Bees who mentioned it. She has some great recipes and gives you the points per serving for each. I bet you’ll love the site!

WW has a roasted red pepper lasagna recipe that I love, love love! FH and I made it for Valentine’s Day and it was the best lasagna ever! Six points per slice. πŸ™‚

I like to make the cobbler. I found the recipe online and it is a weight watchers recipe, which is good for my mom since she has lost about 60 pounds with WW. Anyway, the cobbler i two bags of frozen fruit(any kind that you like, but I like either blueberry or mix of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries) then you take a yellow cake mix and sprinkle on top and then a can of diet lemon lime soda and pour that over top of it all. You cover with foil and bake for an hour at 375. I think it is 3 points per serving, but that may have changed since the new point system.

Check out Hungry Girl! she has cookbooks and if you would like to know how many points are in a recipe, it is on her website!
