I remember making tapioca from dried pearls when I was younger with my sisters. It just takes such a long time, lol. And to make perfect pearls is such a delicate task. And you can’t store them once they are cooked, although, it wouldn’t be a hard task for me to finish all of the bubbles – mua ha ha!
So far I have tried Lychee, Mango and Passion fruit. Lychee and Mango are my favs. I’m interested to try out pineapple, peach and grape. This is the brand that my grocery store carries. It’s only $2.99 for a mini tub, so it lasts quite a while.

Sorry, but what is bubble tea? We don’t have all this fancy stuff in Utah 😉

It is a delicious and fun drink that is fully customizable. This pic explains it better than I could:

Mango Green Tea 25% sugar with tapioca and lychee jelly! So good! my addiction got so bad I was having two a day. So I Amazoned a giant 6# bag of tapioca and some flavored bubble tea syrup to make at home! Saved a lot of money! If anyone wants to buy the bobas to make themselves get the Bolle kind. All the other ones are awful.

Mines jasmine green tea milk with lots of coconut jelly, half sweet. My second favorite is melon but it happens to be my FI’s favorite so I never get much of it lol.

Black tear or Thai iced tea with bubbles!

There are wayyyy too many options out here for me to pick one! Lately I get rose tea with rainbow jelly or mango juice tea with coconut jelly!

I’m plain…I just like black milk bubble tea. Though sometimes I’ll go for almond. Fiance likes the black tea only.
I absolutely love Lychee in every kind of way except in bubble tea to my dismay. 🙁 I haven’t tried coconut but I usually like all things coconut.

Mine vary between (all with pearls):
* Lychee green tea (cold)
* Mango green tea (cold)
* Coconut milk tea (warm)

Coco milk tea with bubbles & pudding (pictured on the right) – sounds naaasty but tastes so good, and the texture is fantastic! I’m not sure where this company originates, but I lived in China for a year and these were basically on every street corner! So refreshing on a hot day if you ask for extra ice (hen dou bing quai – lots of ice!)
