@napabridekelsey: If you like that (and its really good) you have to try my favorite!  Brillant Savarin. Also a triple cream. Its nicknamed the French Crack… and for good reason!

I’m not just saying this because I’m a die-hard Coug fan, but Cougar Gold is absolutely by far the best cheese I have ever tasted! I make a delicious potato-cheese soup with it… add a little white wine and it’s pretty much orgasmic.

I love cheese! My current favorites are Oka, brie and Honey Goat cheese. The gost cheese is amazing it’s just like eating a cheesecake!

Brie of any sort, but especially the St Andre Triple Cream…my Brother-In-Law and I bonded over a wheel of it a few Thanksgivings ago..by that I mean that he and I ate the entire thing in one sitting…so amazingly delicious and creamy.

Followed very closely by goat cheese.

Blue cheeses, I like having them with pecan and pear salads with a saskatoon berry dressing. YUM!

I also like saganaki which depending where you go for it can use different kinds of goat cheeses.
