Okay, Fiance and I don’t really have a song that’s ‘ours'(unless you count Every Rose by Poison but that’s just because we love Brett Michaels)
So, I”m debating between some of MY favorite love songs. Fiance could care less.
Marry Me by Train (I’m also debating having our acoustic guitarist sing this at our ceremony, he does a beautiful rendition I almost like his better than the original.)
Wonderwall by Ryan Adams Oasis cover. I have loved this rendition since i heard it played years ago on the OC.
Maybe I’m Amazed by Jem Paul McCartney cover. Again, loved it since I heard it on the OC.
Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers classic song, I can just picture Fiance and I swaying back and forth to this song.
(Everything I Do) I Do it for You by Bryan Adams Just always loved this song.
So any suggestions? Which are your favorite? What songs are you having as your first dance songs?

We don’t have a song that is “ours” either and he doesn’t really care. sad face
So I am leaning towards When you say nothing at all By Alison Krauss
I love God Bless the broken road by Rascal Flatts. It fits us perfectly but it seems like it’s in every wedding and Fiance doesn’t like Rascal Flatts!
Others I am looking at are Keeper of the stars by Tracy Byrd
It’s your love Tim Mcgraw and faith Hill
And another overplayed first dance song Amazed by Lonestar.
They are over played for a reason tho

I love Marry me by Train, I might use it for our slide show.
For our first dance I’m torn between our song: Truly, Maddly, Deeply by Savage Garden
and another meaningfull song for us: You and me by Lifehouse

Crystal by Fleetwood Mac. We took ballroom dance lessons many years ago, and this was our waltz practice song. I always knew it would be our wedding dance. It’s a great song for people who are older and have been together for a long time.

We used Adele’s cover of a Garth Brooks song To Make You Feel My Love. “Our” song, the first one we ever danced to was Lady in Red…but Darling Husband didn’t want to use it.

We’re doing Always a Woman to Me by Billy Joel followed by It Must Be Jelly, ‘Cause Jam Don’t Shake Like That by Woody Herman. The latter is definitely “our song” but I wanted a proper bridal waltz too.

@chelles07: It’s been our song for over 6 years so I’m inclined to use it.
@SpecialSundae: Hilarious, that’ll make a really fun moment.

@coffee_cup We do a decent jive so I’m actually looking forward to that more than the waltz at the moment.
