I am trying to keep my floral budget under $400, including bouquets and Bouts for 3 attendants on each side, my bouquet, and about 12-15 centerpieces and some garland.

I am DIYing all of my flowers to save money, and I picked sunflowers for my summer wedding.  I’ll be ordering them in bulk from Costcos or similar.  because the blooms are so big, I can get a lot of bang for my buck (hopefully).  I am also going to get my floral cupplies (foam, floral tape, corsage pins, etc) from save-on-crafts.com

Well we didn’t neccesarily set a budget for flowers… I ended up paying about $550. I think I got a pretty good deal. I am not in need of centerpieces, except at head table which i will use my bouquet and a few of the girls. We decided to skip the GM’s bouts, and grandparents alone were $100, so we’ll see!

-Brides bouquet, garden roses, hydrangea, a few other flowers.

-7 bm’s

-2 Moms

-2 Dads

*I honestly do not know much about the costs of flowers. I went to one flower shop that has just started up and wanted to support her because she’s in the area i grew up.

Mine is about $1200 for 18 centerpieces, 3 large arrangements, 7 Bridesmaid or Best Man bouquets, 1 Bride Bouquet, 10 Bouts, 6 corsaiges/tussy mussys, 2 pomanders, and few same arrangements. I think we’ll come in a little less because we are not having as many tables as we originally thought and the Groom and Groomsmen decided against bouts.

I’ll know more when I visit w/the florist on the site visit.

This will be one area I can maybe splurge a teeny bit on, but I’m diy’ing the table arrangments (garden roses from 50 flowers David Austin garden roses)to duplicate a table setting i saw in Martha’s Destination Weddings mag.

I’ll outsource the big arrangements and fabric drapings to the florist.
