My scoliosis.. So ugly.
My scoliosis.. So ugly.
I mean really, I’m just sensitive about the make-up of my body, lol. I’m tall with long skinny arms and legs, wide hips and a large bust. I feel so awkward all the time; it took me about 10 years to actually find pants that fit!
I’m pretty insecure about my height though, and I’m only slightly above average. I love to wear boots with a heel, but I feel like people judge me as intimidating and EVERY DAMN DRESS IS TOO SHORT. I mean really, is actual knee-length too much to ask?
Definitely teeth! And right now my hips and behind. I want to tone that up!!
@Artificial-Sweetener: Thanks! I’m not getting a nose job quite yet, I’m keeping the thought on the back burner in case one half of my split nose tip starts growing completely out of proportion like my Dad’s did. His didn’t start growing though until he was in his fifties so I guess I have a good 20-30 years to save up for a really awesome surgeon! lol I’m glad your nose job worked out for you 🙂
My teeth. Since my wisdom teeth came in and pushed all my other teeth forward, I have a crooked smile. It sucks. I used to have a very pretty smile. I’ll be one of those late bloomers running around with braces on pretty soon.
Right now it would have to be the stretch marks that have appeared all over my pregnant stomach, as well as the cellulite that has appeared in my thighs, and my arms that have gotten fatter since getting pregnant 🙁
I have a few chin hairs that I feel like I’m constantly plucking. Even us fair-haired ladies are prone to them!
Also my boobies. They disappeared after I stopped breastfeeding. I’m like a negative cup size now. I feel so un-womanly.
@legenwaitforitdary: How bad is it? I had surgery for mine.
I guess that is an insecurity- I have a huge scar all the way down my back. I used to care more when I was younger but every now and then I can feel ppl stare when I wear a tank top
Also, I get horrible ingrown hairs around my bikini line that only seem to go away if I don’t shave for a bit and go tanning. For whatever reason, UV rays seem to heal them. I recently got a Flash-N-Go after reading the reviews on it, so hopefully it makes the hair at least thinner over time.
This is funny! So i have this one hair on the left cheek that grows crazy. just one hair. and its only recently started doin it! so ive plucked it a few times when it gets too long. But one day FH and i were standing in checking out and he goes to brush a hair offf my face, and hes like ahh thats connected lol. we chuckled about it, and moved on. but it drives me crazy!! i keep watching for it to reappear outta no where!!
I have a crazy “shark tooth”, ie one tooth that is behind the others…..It’s on the bottom so most people don’t even notice it unless I point it out but I know it’s there and it is obvious if you actually *look* at my smile. I don’t think there’s much to solve it unless I get it ripped out, which would leave a small gap that would then require braces….and because I have a very minor overbite I would need braces on the top teeth first. So…no. Not worth all that trouble.
I also dislike my nose, it’s kind of round and wide at the tip like a clown nose. I don’t think about it much but when I do I hate it.
Mine would have to be my teeth – I should have gotten braces. They aren’t completely crazy, but enough to drive me crazy.
Also my lazy eye. It tends to only be emphasized in pics where I am smiling. My right eye is just a smidge more closed than the left.
@Eight6Eleven: Mine isn’t bad enough for surgery. It’s really noticeable to me, but not really to others. I’ve been working on strengthening my back to help. I just hate how my hips looks so uneven and my right side sticks out. It looks so awkward to me.
29 years old and still acne-prone! Plus I’m a picker. I’m trying so hard not to this week, though!
Also, when I smile, one eye squints way more than the other one. It makes me look a little crazy.
I can sometimes be insecure about my weight. Also, I’m starting to get lots of sunspots on my face, and I can be insecure about that, too.
