@AirForceWife78:  I’m olive skinned, but I get blotches across my chest when I’m nervous or have been drinking. I also only really get sunburnt in that one place. My background is Spanish and Scottish, so it’s as if I only got one patch of Scottish skin.

@hismm:  I have recently spotted my first chin hairs (I don’t have PCOS, just hairy) and my mum gets them too. She used to get me to pluck them for her, and I literally had to get an inch away from her face to even see them. I only see my own when I’m looking up close in the rearvision mirror of my car. I know they seem so obvious to us that it’s like there’s a spotlight on them, but I don’t think anyone else would ever notice!

@ieatunicorns:  I have a gummy smile too. I make this horrible face when I smile because I keep trying to close my mouth or not let my upper lip get too high…I hate how I look in pictures.

@This Time Round:  This might sound appalling, but it really works (I do it for Fiance and I’ve done it for my stepmom)…take a strand of long-ish hair (yes, human hair) and make a little knot, then slide that knot over the skin tag and pull the ends to tighten it. Knot it again so it stays in place, then clip the ends of the hair so there aren’t any loose ends.

The skin tag blackens in about a day, and falls off in about 3 days. My stepmom taught me how to do this for her. She gets tons of them and has been doing this since her 20s and she is now in her 40s.

ETA: Both stepmom and Fiance say that it does not hurt at all.

I’m used to being quite thin but I’ve gained weight in the last year. I feel really insecure about my chin/neck. I’m paranoid that my double chin is so obvious from the side. When I look at myself in the mirror I think I’m pretty, but I see pictures of myself from the side and I hate my side profile.

Wanna talk hair? TW: this is gross.

My butt hole. I have this part right inside the crack that due to the curves, I cannot shave. Any time I wax any part of my body, I get ingrown hairs that sometimes are so bad they leave scars.

I’d laser it, but you need to shave before your session. And razors can’t get all up in there.

I don’t “do” doggy unless the lights are off, even though it’s my #2 favourite position.

So there ya have it.

To @boogiewoogies: Interesting… but I don’t think I’ll be doing that (too squeamish)… same reason I won’t take scissors, nail clippers or have them burnt off.

Freezing costs me cash, but is truly not painful (and no bleeding)

Hence why it is my first choice.

@This Time Round:  This won’t make it bleed either. But I hear you, and don’t blame you for wanting to stick to what’s tried and true (and done by a pro).

My body hair. Upper lip, legs, arms, underarms…thanks PCOS. However, by some cruel trick, my eyebrows are blonde and so thin that I look as if I don’t even have any unless I draw them on -which I always, always do.

Also, my body fat/stretch marks. Going from 98 lbs to 150 in 2 years took a huge toll on my inner thighs. I’m not ashamed of the weight exactly, because I overcame an ED, but I hate the stupid stretch marks:( I’m working on losing down to 130 lbs now though. I’ve always had fat cheeks (even at my smallest weight) but I feel as if they’re just so friggin pudgy now. Bleh.

@AirForceWife78:  My Future Sister-In-Law (whole FI’s fam) has really nice skin. They’re a mix of Egyptian/Greek. She was talking about getting more of a tan, and tanning… I don’t remember where I heard it, but it’s true: my skin has two settings: albino & tomato.

Facial hair – Waxing breaks me out so I pluck every. single. hair. constantly. (PCOS too)

Fat genes – I am in great shape but I work soooo hard at it.  Eating right and exercising is a huge part of my life because of my genetics.

My main insecurity (I have thousands Laughing) would currently be my weight. I was a skinny woman until I went on my medication, as well as hormonal birth control. I wish that I could keep my breasts and my ass, but I know those will get smaller as I drop weight. I am so hungry I could scream right now, but I know that is normal for the earliest days of dieting.

My mom loves to point out anything “wrong” with me so I have a lot of insecurities. I think I’m too short, my ears are too big, i have a bottom tooth that’s not straight, I have dark hair on my arms and have to use hair removal pretty frequently on my upper lip. and apparently I look ugly without mascara because I have long straight lashes.
