I threw myself into volleyball (both playing and coaching).

My Darling Husband and I agreed that I over did it a bit but it really snapped me back into reality and out of the depression. My overzealousness led my girls to a championship title so it wasn’t all that bad.

OMG, Me too!!! Post wedding blues in this house!!! I’ve been pinning things to do “after the wedding” lol!! My project is to get organized as well. We’ve only been married for a week and a half… but I have gotten rid of a ton of old clothes (and clothes that are too big… I’m determined to stick with my wedding weight!!). Trying to get my husband to get rid of things is harder… but it’s going slowly. I’ve also started cleaning and ORGANIZING. Our place was a mess during the end of the wedding planning process…!! I’ve been all over organizing sites and looking up tips and am feeling great about it. I’m usually very organized, but the wedding threw me off course!

@Treejewel19: Congrats on the championship title!!! πŸ™‚

@Fallicious1012:  Thanks very much. We just had our party last night and got the trophies. Very exciting!

Good luck with the organization. Goodness knows between gifts, paperwork and everything else it is much needed after a wedding. Congrats on the wedding weight loss! πŸ™‚

I’m not married yet, but I’m starting to set up my own business that I’ll be taking on full force right after the wedding. I’m pretty excited about being able to fully devote my time to setting up and running my business!

It’s an event planning business! I found out while trying to plan a wedding in my area that there is NO event planners in the northern area of North Dakota. None. The closest is about 10 hours away from us. After talking to my friends, they all agree that having a planner is something they wanted, and then come the wedding, couldn’t, due to not being able to find one in this area. So I’m setting up my own event planning business, with an ultimate goal to just do weddings, but I’ll be doing all sorts of events to begin with.

I’m really excited about it, can you tell haha

Mine was selling our old house, and buying a new one.  I’ve loved decorating it and making it ours (our old house was DH’s bachelor pad before I moved in, so it never felt like “ours”).  Oh yeah, and becoming pregnant WAY faster than we planned!

@cirk:  That sounds AWESOME!!! You will definitely get great business if event planners aren’t in your area! Good Luck!!!

@MrsDoily: Getting pregnant!! LOL good for you!! πŸ™‚

I’ve been redecorating the house a bit. We bought the house about two years ago, but decided to live with it for a while in order to decide what we did/didn’t like. Wellll then he proposed and I was consumed with wedding planning lol, so I’m finally getting around to it. Lots of cool DIY home improvement blogs out there!

I’m not married yet but I have a whole list of things for after the wedding! We are moving into a bigger place, redecorating our bedroom, planning my FI’s surprise Vegas b-day weekend with a bunch of friends, I want to start a personal blog, & host our first dinner party for family & friends as a married couple! We also have a big vacation we’re planning for fall 2013 & I have 3 friends getting married next year! So I’m sure I’ll be busy! πŸ™‚

I have been reading lots again now that I’m not constantly pinning wedding stuff, and when i’m not reading i’m pinning recipes and baking – unfortunatly i’ve been baking lots of cupcakes / cookies/ brownies which is not going to help me maintain my wedding weight! πŸ™‚

Also been trying to get rid of old things – clothes, any household items that were replaced with new from wedding gifts!

And now, on to christmas gifts!
