I’m thinking San Bernardino by The Mountain Goats, Girl Harbour by Manchester Orchestra or It’s Only Me by Dessa. None of them are feeling spot on yet, though, so keep the ideas coming!

We wanted an instrumental, we used In Love with the Dusk by Keep Shelly in Athens.  We got loads of compliments and people asking what the song was.

MissCompanion:  This is the most amazing thing I have ever heard. Are you on Offbeat Bride? You better be!

jelly3:  We had 2 Bridesmaid or Best Man & Groomsmen, our processional song was just under 4 minutes but it was more than enough.  If you are using a DJ you can ask them to make a custom edit of the song so it fits just right, that’s what we did with our recessional and it was perfect.

We are thinking about doing the music from that scene in Wall-E when Wall-E and Eve are outside in space and chasing each other around with fire extinguishers. It’s called “Define Dancing” and is so happy and romantic. My only concern is that it’s only 2 minutes long!

Wedding party came in to Sara Barielles-  I Choose You. I entered to Meiko – Stuck on You. We recessed to Alex Boye’s cover of Happy and the DJ kept it going so that everyone could dance their way out. I feel more connected to I Choose You now, but I sure do love Stuck on You, so all the songs worked out well or us.

omgitsbeth:  San Bernardino is such a nice song! What a good idea! I really want a TMG song at our wedding but I was struggling to think of ones that are not about failed relationships lol.

GypsieFlower:  It worked really well and everything ran smoothly. I wanted our ceremony to be more contemporary and it set the tone perfectly.

Our recessional song was On Top of the World by Imagine Dragons.

Birchcanoe:  Yeah, Fiance vetoed No Children as our first dance. Can’t think why…
